Dear parents,
We will be staying in Fota Scout Centre ( www.fotascoutcentre.org) for 2 nights from Fri 24th – Sun 26th May. We intend camping, but will have the use of the on-site cottage for cooking and accommodation in the event of adverse weather. This will be a great opportunity for our younger members to experience the excitement of camping, outdoor adventures, campfires, games etc.
We have stayed at Fota on many occasions in the past, and it has always been great fun.
Transport to and from Fota will be by train, and at this stage, we estimate the total cost, to include camping fees, train and food should be €40 approx. The final cost will be determined by numbers participating.
